Goodman park-
This scenic spot on the peshtigo River
features 100 foot hogh red pine trees,
a bridge over Strong Falls and two
day use lodges built by the Civilian
Conservation Corps. Goodman park's
240 acres encompass 15 campsites.
From Wausaukee, travel west on Cty.
C for 20 miles to Parkway Road. Turn
south and go nine miles to Goodman
park Road. Turn northwest and travel
two miles to the park. Picnic tables,
picnic shelters, outhouses, tent sites,
trailer sites, hiking, cross-country
skiing, playground.
McClintock
park-This
park's four wooden bridges cross rapids
of the Upper Peshtigo River, offering
a good backdrop for taking pictures
and picnicking. The 320 acre park
also has 10 campsites. From Wausaukee
travel west on Cty. C for twenty miles
to Parkway Road. Turn south and go
13 miles to the park. Picnic tables,
picnic shelter, outhouses, tent sites,
trailer sites.
Morgan park-The
125 foot bluffs at one end of this
park offer visitors a scenic overlook
of Timms Lake. The 160 acre park has
36 campsites with electricity, a lodge,
opportunities to fish and swim, and
a boat landing. From the junction
of 8 and 141, take 141 north past
Pembine to Kremlin Road. Turn east
and travel six miles to Timm's Lake
Road. Turn north and go one mile.

Old Veteran's
Lake Campground-Oak trees,
sand beaches and a peaceful lake characterize
this 80 acre park in the town of Stephenson.
16 campsites are available, and a
hiking trail circles the lake. From
Wausaukee, take Hwy. 141 south to
Middle inlet. Turn west on Cty. X
and travel 16 miles to Parkway Road.
Turn north and travel 3 1/4 miles
to the park. Picnic tables, outhouses,
tent sites, trailer sites, swimming,
beach, hiking, playground.
Twelve
Foot Falls park-Peaceful
and out of the way this park is nestled
in the county's largest forest just
south of Dunbar. The falls is one
of a string of falls on the Pike River.
Campers can choose from 12 rugged
campsites near the reflecting pool
of the falls. Angler can fish the
Pike River. From the junction of 141
and 8, take Hwy. 8 west six miles
to Lily lake Road. Turn south and
go two miles to Twin lake Road. Turn
west and go 1/2 mile to Twelve Foot
Falls Road. Turn south and go 1/2
mile to the park. Picnic tables, outhouses,
tent sites, hiking.
Twin
Bridges park-This
park, less rustic than the others,
receives heavy use for water skiing
and power boating on the Peshtigo
River's High Falls Flowage. Campers
can choose from 62 sites with electricity.
From Wausaukee, take hwy. 141 south
to Middle Inlet. Turn west on Cty.
X and travel 16 miles to Parkway Road.
Turn north and travel 1/4 mile to
the park. Picnic tables, outhouses,
tent sites, trailer sites, swimming,

Veteran's
Memorial Park-The
bridge over Thunder River Falls is
the main attraction of this 320 acre
park, where visitors will find 15
wooded campsites and hiking. From
Crivitz, take Cty. W west 12 miles
to Parkway Road. Turn south and travel
three miles to the park. Picnic tables,
outhouses, tent sites, trailer sites,
hiking.
