
Sanders park-Vistors
who take a walk along this park's
nature trail through the 30 acre State
Scientific Area will find more than
90 species of native wild flowers
and a small creek. This park offers
39campsites, four group sites and
showers. There are six picnic areas
to choose from. From Racine, take
Hwy. 31 south to Cty. KR. Turn east
and go one mile to Wood Road. Turn
north and travel 1/2 mile. Picnic
tables, picnic shelter, toilets, tent
sites, trailer sites, hiking, nature
trails, baseball, playground.

Wadewitz Nature Camp-Formerly
a Boy Scout Camp, this natural resource
area serves as a primitive group camping
site, offering a barn and three sided
Adironack- style shelters and tent
sites by reservation. From the junction
of Hwy. 20 and Cty. W in Waterford,
take W 1 1/2 miles south to Buena
Park Road. Turn northwest and travel
1/4 mile. tent sites, outhouses, hiking,
nature trails, cross-country skiing.
