Bayfield County Campgrounds

Big Rock Park-Located on the Sioux River, a first class steelhead trout stream. The park generates heavy bank and stream fishing and offers a spot for picnicking, wildlife viewing, hiking and rugged camping. Take Hwy 13 to County C in Washburn. Go 3 miles on County C to Big Rock Road. The park is 1 1/2 miles down the road.

 

Delta Lake Park and campground-An excellent fishing lake year-round, Delta Lake is stocked with northern pike, bass, perch, bluegill, crappie and bullhead. The park features bicycle trails, grills, and 30 campsites equipped with electricity. Take Hwy. 2 to Hwy. H. Go seven miles south on County H to Scenic Drive Road. The park entrance is about five miles down the road. Tent sites, trailes sites, swimming beach and boat landing.

 

Twin Bear Campground and Park- Surrounded by oak, birch, maple and scattered pine, the campground and park are completely handicapped accessible. The northern pike, walleye, largemouth bass and bluegill make Twin Bear Lake popular with anglers. Take Hwy. 2 to County H. Go south on County H for seven miles to park. Picnic tables, outhouses, tent sites, trailer sites, swimming and boat landing.
