Camp here and you'll be at the headwaters of the Wisconsin River! You'll also be on a lake that has been "home" to Chippewa (Ojibwa) Indians for centuries. This 2,853-acre lake is the largest lake in the Nicolet and is shared with the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Hence, "border lake: fishing regulations apply". The lake is know for its musky, walley, bass, and northern. It also has several boat accesses and plenty of rustic resorts for your dining pleasure.
